This multidimensional pseudonym is adopted by the experienced electronic music creator Mr Adam Śródka. He’s been dealing with music production for more than 20 years now. His first pieces, in jungle and hardcore style, he created as a teenager on Amiga ProTracker. In that period he was inspired by the music of The Prodigy.
As years went by and he improved his technique, Shockana added to his artistic output more and more compositions created with usage of programs such as Rebirth, Sound Forge, Ableton Live, Massive, Audiocity, Hammer, Goldwave. The readiness to explore new musical genres, the desire to search for new inspiration has resulted in creating pieces in the style of house, electro, techno, minimal, dubstep, chillout, 2step, garage, glitchhop, trap. In his career Shockana used to play, among others, in Poznań's clubs Piekłoraj, Cafe Mięsna, 8bitów, Meskal, Pod Minogą and Mamałyga. He made guest appearances at the club "Bułka z Masłem" in Leszno. He played also at electronic music festival KontenerArt, at Nowe Nurty 2015 and was a guest of Afera radio during "Dj's Night". His artistic output contains approximately 1000 compositions. He releases his albums through 3loop, Bandcamp and Tunecore services. |
